We had Steamatic clean some of our carpet on July 17, 2008.
The lady with whom I set up the appointment was very helpful. We were looking for a replacement for the chemical carpet cleaners we previously used. She assured me that they would not be using harsh chemicals. She also informed me that if I had a MooPon booklet, I would be able to save money by using their coupon. I did have a booklet and was very appreciative that she pointed it out to me.
We were very pleased with our clean carpets. We did not have to endure any nasty odors from chemical cleaners.

As you are aware, I had the driveway seal coated on Saturday. A young lady walked across the barricaded wet blacktop seal coat and across the carpet. She tracked the seal coat all over the floor.
I contacted your business and talked to Stacey, who immediately, ON SATURDAY - at nearly 4:00 pm immediately came to the business and started a plan of action. Early Monday morning, your crew was already at work and by noon the carpet looked better than it has for the last 5 years!

This is something we don't think we have ever done before. That is to write a letter of commendation to a business and/or person for a job well done.
This is to commend Steamatic, its owners, employees, subcontractors etc. Never have we been treated so well by so many people. We have absolutely no complaints of the work done and the people doing it after our house fire this past fall and winter. We are very statisfied with all of the work done and amazed at the inventory of all the things we had in our house. In our almost sixty years of marriage we never realized how much stuff we had.
From our first contact with Josh and the American Family Insurance adjuster Dennis, everything was handled expertly and with a very down to earth feeling of service to my wife and I. We can not get over how professional and kind your employees were to us. We probably asked some dumb questions but your group took the time to answer us and show us what was happening.

Our home in Mondovi was partially destroyed from the heavy rains that fell on August 13th, and with the prompt/efficient efforts from the individuals of Steamatic and TRAC Solutions, we are enjoying the comforts of our refinished home.
From those who carried the de-humidfiers, took down the walls/ceilings, insultaion specialists, electricians, drywallers, sheet rockers, painters, flooring specialists, cleaning crew, receptionists and Clay Rzepiejewski, our home was well taken care of.
