We are writing to acknowledge what we have told you over and over again in person, the service you rendered for us during our basement flood has been a God-send! We were devastated to find our basement flooded again but knew immediately to call Steamatic. Your service team reacted within two hours, evaluated the situation and began drying, dehumidification and hauling out of the damaged items. They checked back every day over the course of the next week to evaluate the moisture level while simultaneously scheduling the re installation and cleaning of the carpet. They worked hand-in-hand with our insurance company and accomplished all of this within one week. I have never seen such a high degree of personal service and professionalism in the face of such a series of staggering events, and to think they do this day in and day out for people and businesses suffering the same trauma.
